Course objectives:
This course is to provide basic information and most importantly, the tactic in starting up a Food and Beverage Business.
Course Arrangement: 2.5 hours per lesson, total 4 lessons.
Medium of Instruction: Cantonese (supplement with English and French terminology)
Maximum no: 16
Award: Students who achieve attendance of 100% may apply for "Attendance Certificate in Catering Business Start-up".
