Course objectives:
Student can learn the basic skills of making Japanese food including sushi, curry, soup, noodle and rice bowl.

Course Arrangement: 3 hours per lesson, total 8 lessons

Award: Students who achieve a minimum attendance of 75% may apply for "Attendance Certificate in Basic Japanese Cookery".
