Course objectives:
Food and Beverage Professional shares the experience of the classic French Gueridon Flambe Dinner.  There will be a 3 courses flambe dinner with a glass of full body red wine.  Participants can watch and learn how to make the Steak au Poivre and at the same time enjoy the dinner at the semi-chef-table arrangment.

Course Arrangement: 3 hours per lesson, total 1 lesson.

Medium of Instruction: English

Maximum no: 16

Award: Students who complete the session may apply for "Attendance Certificate in Classic Gueridon Flambe Dinner".
