Course objectives:
The objective of this course is to keep Brazilian cuisine alive in our homes. Even far from our land, those foods that taste homemade, full of affective memories can and should be part of our daily lives.
Course Arrangement: 3 hours per lesson, total 6 lessons.

Award: Students who achieve a minimum attendance of 75% may apply for "Attendance Certificate in Brazilian Cooking".
