Programme Duration:
  2 Months Full Time

Monday: Professional Bakery
10:00~13:00 & 14:00~1800

Tuesday to Thursday: Cakes & Petite Fours; Confectionary & Chocolate; Plated Dessert
13:30~18:30

Friday: Theory Class
09:30~13:30

* The dates are tentative and subject to change,
subject to availability of venues and tutors.

Monday K33 (Professional Bakery<) & Tuesday K64 (Cakes & Petite Fours) can be swapped due to the timing of fermentation and chilling condition of dough.
Teaching Mode:
  English (supplement with French Terminology)

Instructor:
Swiss chef Heinz Fischer, Executive Chef five-star hotel in Hong Kong, won numerous awards, known as the Hong Kong ranked second cook.
Fee:
  $13200 per month
Entry Requirements:
  IELTS 4.5 or above or
Other candidates with combined equivalent education/ training/ experience to be assessed by an interview panel.
Remarks:
An individual interview may be required for those who do NOT pass in HKCEE or other relevant accredited qualifications in the People Republic of China or overseas institutions.
