Monday K33 (Professional Bakery<) & Tuesday K64 (Cakes & Petite Fours) can be swapped due to the timing of fermentation and chilling condition of dough.

Swiss chef Heinz Fischer, Executive Chef five-star hotel in Hong Kong, won numerous awards, known as the Hong Kong ranked second cook.

IELTS 4.5 or above or
Other candidates with combined equivalent education/ training/ experience to be assessed by an interview panel.
Remarks:
An individual interview may be required for those who do NOT pass in HKCEE or other relevant accredited qualifications in the People Republic of China or overseas institutions.
