  畢業後可以報讀酒店管理高級文憑課程
Aim & Objectives:
  本課程專為有志從事酒店管理人才而設,課程內容包括:職業安全健康及衛生﹑酒店成本控制應用﹑飲食服務操作﹑房務理論﹑前堂接待操作等共12科,增加學員對酒店操作的認識,提升學員操作能力及專業知識。
Award & Assessment:
  學員修畢整個課程,出席率達90%或以上並通過校內評核合格,則可獲發盈亞持續教育中心授予的課程證書。
